About Us – House of Mojos Southport

Mojos was established in 2006 over a Facebook debate on names, with Mojos meaning your ‘inner confidence’. That was the ultimate choice as we wanted to enhance and tap into your Mojo and help you ‘get your mojo back’.

We have since gone from strength to strength and added more services along the way. In 2024 we were delighted to move into the premises which has been home to Croppers since the 1980’s!

We offer a very relaxed family and animal friendly (all of our products are vegetarian friendly) environment, on which quality and homely customer service is our main focus. Our customer reviews certainly reflect that!

Lesley MacBain

Hairdressing from a very young age after stealing her sisters girls world, Lesley has a wealth of experience in both ladies and gents hairdressing.

She keeps her skills sharpened, so to speak, by attending the latest hair courses, with hair extensions being the most recent.

You can put your complete trust in her expertise and wisdom and she will make you feel at complete ease.

After all, she wants you to experience that ultimate experience.

For 36 years, Catherine has been the heart and soul of Croppers ladies hairdresser, a veritable institution in the community. More than just “front of house,” she’s the superhuman driving force that keeps the entire operation running smoothly.

Her sharp wit and unwavering presence ensure everyone, from stylists to clients, stays on track, acting as the indispensable linchpin that maintains order and harmony within the bustling salon.
