Paul has had a passion for hair and beauty from an early age and so it was only natural that he would become a hairdresser. He trained in Liverpool in the early 80’s working with Alan Paul hair and quickly excelled in cutting and colouring and perming.
After qualifying he worked at Alan Paul in Bootle Liverpool and helped out in Chester before moving back to work in Southport where he worked at Susan Christopher and later at Lesley Alison on Queens Road.
In 1994 he moved to Blackpool where he continued hairdressing and also was an entertainer at the famous Funny Girls. In 1997 he left Blackpool and went to Leeds and worked for a small salon near the University and then decided that he wanted to improve his gents cutting and worked for City Gents again near the University in Leeds.
But his passion for ladies hair was always there and wanted to go up the ladder into management and so worked as an Assistant Manager for Regis Hair and Beauty within a department store in Leeds City Centre, and later working in a small family run salon as a senior stylist assistant manager.
In 2003 after a short holiday to the Canarias he decided to emigrate to Gran Canaria and then later Lanzarote where he was there for 8 years. In 2011
Paul relocated back to Southport where he opened his own salon. But due to ill health he moved back to Lanzarote until July 2020.
Paul joins the team with a wealth of knowledge and over thirty years experience, a cheeky smile, and welcomes old and new clients
